Rates & Availability

• Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• The total rental amount is payable for rentals beginning 30 days or less after the date of the booking request.

In the event where your trip is disrupted due to Covid-19, the below terms and conditions apply:
Should you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel insurance. If you are not covered by travel insurance, please refer to the policies on our managed villas below in the event your trip is disrupted.
• Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival are eligible for a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR a cash refund of eighty percent (80%).
• Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be converted into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date – no cash refund.
• For peak season bookings: If you cancel anytime due to a COVID-related event, you will be provided with twelve (12) months credit from the original arrival date – no cash refund.
• If guests would like to modify their date of stay (maximum before 14 days arrival on normal season and maximum before 45 days arrival on high season), please note that guests should follow the latest room rates according to the guest’s period of stay and subject to room availability.

• Sound of The Sea Villa is one of the villas that makes up the fabulous Pantai Lima Estate. If guests are just stay (not holding an event) guest not permitted to invite a music DJ or live band or acoustic band.
• Should you wish to have any gathering/event and inviting DJ or live band or acoustic band, kindly advise us in advance as permit and additional fee might be applied.
• Maximum occupancy 6 Pax for 3 Bedroom Beach Front Villa, 8 Pax for 4 Bedroom BeachFront Villa And 12 Pax for 6 Bedroom Beach Front Villa. For extra person needs an extra bed at IDR 500,000/extra bed/night.
• We start our check-in process at 2 pm and check-out at 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out will depend on the availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.
• Music curfew until 11 p.m.
• Pets are not allowed.
